Bruce is currently serving on the Arkansas Auctioneers Association board of directors, and will serve as the President-Elect for 2009. While serving on this board, Bruce serves as the continuing education chair. This responsibility involves contracting licensed professional auctioneers from around the country, to help educate Arkansas auctioneers on current trends in the industry. Serving on our state auctioneer association provides an avenue to give back to our profession and community.

Bruce has experience selling all types of real estate at auction to include: residential & investment homes, commercial, multi-family dwellings, sub-division closeouts, resort properties, agricultural, and recreational properties. Wade Washington – Salesperson/ Auctioneer

Wade has been actively involved in the Land & Timber Industry for nearly two decades. In 1993 he founded his own land & timber company - Woodland Resources Inc. - which was a corporation, headquartered in Arkansas. Wade’s deep appreciation for nature and the great outdoors propelled him even further into the real estate aspect of the business, eventually leading him to acquire his real estate license in 2000.

After involving himself in real estate sales Wade noticed an unbelievable growing trend of real estate being sold at auction. Wanting to become even more involved in the industry, Wade attended one of the most elite auctioneering schools in the country “Reppert School of Auctioneering” in Auburn, Indiana after which obtaining his Auctioneering License. With nearly two decades of timber knowledge, and an extensive list of potential of buyers across the country that are constantly looking for land and timber, along with the accelerated method of marketing through the auction process, Wade knows he can achieve his clients goals whether buying or selling. Though centrally located in Hot Springs, Arkansas Wade is capable of working multiple states when it comes to land & timber. Janice is Bruce’s mother and main reason for becoming an auctioneer. Janice has been very active in the antiques & collectibles market throughout the Mid-South for over 30 years. Janice instilled a passion for this business in Bruce while he was still in school. Janice “Mom” conducts traditional estate tag sales and personal property appraisals. Janice is CAGA certified.
